So I am looking into buying a car from an individual seller and I have to make payments on it because I can't pick it up right away and want to secure the sell.
I am making a down payment just to reserve the right to buy it, so the seller will take the post down and commit to selling to me.
The question I have is, if I use paypal to make the initial down payment and the seller bails on me and sells the car to someone else, taking my downpayment with them, is there anything paypal can do to help me get my money back?
thanks.
