I'm having an issue. April 2 $26 was taken out of my bank account, and was processing. Now the bank shows the money gone, but yet the pay pal account still says it's processing. I don't understand, all I want to do is put that 26.00 back into my bank account, and yet it's saying it's not there yet, even though it's been taken out of my checking account.
