Is this a Scam?

i got an email from paypal saying that i got new funds.but in my actual paypal i have received nothing.

i sold something on craigslist's for $550 to someone in nigeria.that was about a week ago and i still don't got nothing.

the email looks real.

You should see the transaction in your PayPal Account History Log. If you do not see the payment, you have not been paid. Please check with the sender to confirm that the payment was sent to the correct email address.
