If a customer wanted to pay for a service with a credit card, is it possible to create an invoice in paypal, and send to their paypal account, and allow them to pay for it with an American Express card?
Assuming you have Premier or Business Account, you can use the invoice tool to send your customer an email invoce. Note, the invoice goes to the customer's email address, not their PayPal Account and you do not have control over the type of credit card.
