My bank recently changed name and routing number but the account number stayed the same. The only edit option for bank account is the name. If you need to change the routing number be careful. Paypal's agent told me to delete the existing account and add the new and when the account number stayed the same I wouldn't have to verify it. WRONG!!! You will have to reverify.
