IPN help needed

I do not know if this is an IPN issue or just a regular settings issue in paypal.

I have an IPN for my download store, and I want to make it so my store does NOT allow echecks ( I have another download store through this same account in paypal  that I need to change the settings on so I don't allow it there either) . Where do I go in my paypal account to do that?

I have looked and looked and rea many threads and I still don't see the answer to my question.

If you want someone to troubleshoot your problems, you need the help of a Developer.   You can find a list of Developers here.  Sorry, time is money and these folks make their living working with code issues.
