I'm having issues with claiming money?

i Got an email saying to click here to claim the money but when i log in my account says 0.00. Do i have to wait a bit for it to show up or do i have to resign up?

Have you verified your PayPay Account?   If no,, then you will need to verifiy your account first, then the funds will be available to you.
