We've had a Paypal buyer credit acct. for over a year and have always logged into our paypal acct. and this would bring up a link that would take us to the GE site where we'd make our payments. Since Oct., this link doesn't appear anylonger and the only option to make a pymt. on the buyer credit acct. is through the paypal website. I was never contacted about this change or is there something wrong with the acct.? All the acct. information is displayed on our paypal acct. page and this was never the case before. We'd have to login to GE to get that. Is anyone else finding this to be the case? Thanks

Yes I had the same problem and it led to The paypal credit card posted one payment a day late and charged me $39 for a late fee. I called twice and they refused to correct it. Now I get my bill and because they posted one payment one day late one time they are now charging me 26.99% interest on the account. I am clancelling the card and paying it off and will never use paypal credit ever again.

I called to complain and the supervisor gave me an address to write which was wrong. Thanks to your form I got the right info. She gave me the address where bills are sent and she refused to help (Stephanie 5177, probably wrong too). Once I go the right phone number and address I got help with the no statement problem. GE Bank charged me 39.99 for a late fee when I paid my entire balance off when I checked at the end of the month to make sure everything was OK I go no statement. I think GE bank is a scam and I closed my account before I get anymore fees I can not afford. Thanks again.

I never heard of that. I signed up for PayPal Plus credit card over a month ago. Now, I have no choice but to use it. Until I knew that I can apply for a MasterCard at my bank. I just did, but I don't know how I can cancel PayPal Credit Card, or if this is what I have to do first. Can you or anyone help me on this?

I am having the same issue. The link to GE Money from Paypal is no longer available. I have brought this issue to the attention to Paypal Buyer Credit for over a year without success. As a person who has switched completely to online bill payment this is a major headache and is very frustrating. When I have sought out help, customer service reps solely push making check by phone payments, of course they want to charge me $15 to do so. Any comments on other ways to make payments are totally ignorred; as if the reps are prohibited to even speak of the possibility. They are unable to give me a web address nor offer any solutions to the problem. I would not recommend GE Money/Paypal Buyer Credit as it does seem something underhanded is going on here or at the very least they offer very poor customer service. If anyone knows a url to GE Money to make Paypal Buyer Credit payments PLEASE respond.

I hit the same problem, and my old URL to go to GE Moneybank would not work either. I tried again with just the front end of the URL and it took me to a login page (https://www.paypalplus.gemoney.com). I did not have a login with GE, so I created and account using my PayPal credit card number from my statement (I have a PayPal plastic card somewhere but I have never used it... I can't find it!, I only buy on ebay normally and never need the actual plastic card!). Once I had set up the account, lo and behold, my credit account information appeared the same as it always looked, so I am back in the driving seat.
What seems to be missing is just the jump link from the old PayPal account to GE Moneybank. The problem with the PayPal information is that is doesn't clearly tell you what your rolling credit balance info is so you are not sure what you need to pay or when. The GE Moneybank access shows you where you are with any balance you have recently incurred and lets you know what is due by when, so you can avoid fees by paying by the due date... the Paypal info is less clear.
Hope that helps, but I think I have sorted this out for my situation. I feel sorry for folk that are just being blanked by PayPal on the phone, I was lucky and didn't go that path, it sounds rather unproductive.
I like PayPal for not having to give credit info to more than one location when buying items, but I saw no announcement about removal of the link on the webpage; now I have another set of login info to remember, but I like the convenience enough to stay with it for now. I note that it now seem to be called PayPal Plus.

That GE link no longer works. It directs you back to paypal and you are supposed to be able to click on a link called 'see credit activity' on your account overview page. Can't find it!!! Cannot get into my account to pay my bill!

When I originally got my Paypal Plus card, over 2 years ago, I would go to the Paypal site and click on a link that would take me to the GE site. Then, at least a year ago, that link went away and I would have to find the GE site link for Paypal Plus credit mentionedby another person in a previous response. The Paypal Plus statements did not show the link though. I would have to remember it month-to-month or search online. Today I went to make my payment and that link is no longer working even though, for me, it worked a month ago. So I called the Customer Service number on my bill and the rep. told me there was a link on my Paypal account "My Account Overview" page. I had to tell her three times that the link is not there before she seemed to believe me. She then said she would take the payment by phone and waive the fee. As if this was a favor to me. I told her that I know many other people are having this problem and asked her when Paypal plans on fixing the issue. She simply ignored that question and said she would connect me with Paypal Customer Service and they could help me with the link problem. That didn't work out though because Paypal Customer Service is not open right now so I'll have to call back later. I believe that she was well aware of this problem and is not allowed to talk about it. One would expect that a company as large as Paypal could not be accidentally having such problems month after month. Since this is obviously an ongoing issue with many customers, one can only assume that Paypal and GE money are hoping to scam customers out of late fees and raised APRs by making the posting of a payment so very difficult.

Follow-up to my previous posting: In a 27 minute phone call, I just spoke to a Paypal Customer Service rep who didn't know what to do to help other than reporting the issue to the IT department. This rep seemed to sincerely attempt to help but could do nothing other than make the report. He said the link should be there in the "My Acount Overview" page, he has received other similar complaints and there is no way to know how long it will take to fix what he referred to as a "bug in the system". Hopefully, Paypal will fix this problem quickly but I have serious doubts.
