How do I re open a claim that I accidently canceled during the escalation process through PayPal

I accidently closed an escalated claim through Paypal. Is there anything that I can do?

You would need to contact PayPal's Customer Service.

6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST Saturday and Sunday
