How do I edit a US shipping address?

I have a PayPal Canadian account and a few years ago I was able to set up a US shipping address in addition to my Canadian home address.  It has been extremely handy having both a Canadian and American shipping addresses set up.  Now I'm trying to edit the US address that I have but cannot.  PayPal is trying to force a province entry via a drop down - does anyone know how to successfully edit an 'out of country' address???

Wow, I wish I knew. I'm in the same situation. All canadian home and billing address but I live 10 minutes from the u.s. boarder so id like a u.s. address. There's a gas station that excepts packages for anyone for 1.50. BUT ebay wont let me change my shipping address unless Sucking Paypal will let me change it first on there website. 

PLEASE, any body out there know the answer please let us know.

This must be a common problem??
