I recently made a few purchases on Ebay and used a coupon, but after confirming payment I was told to try again in a few minutes. Well I did, but the same thing happened, then I tried without the coupon and it worked. My question is, I was charged for the three times I tried for each of the purchases, it show's up on my bank account, but not paypal, has anyone else had this problem? Did anyone else get their money back? The coupon by the way is (CBHEXPRESSAPR05)? (I think that's how it is) Please help me!!!!
