Hi, I got a refund from a guy but paypal decided to refund it to my debit card as credit. That was the 19th, it still hasn't shown up on my banks online page (Using bank of america atm) should I be concerned? Should I call paypal or something?
I have a similar situation, I sent money to another paypal account, and that money was denied by te recipient. The funds were used directly from my card. It's been more than 30 days and the money isn't in my card's balance. Any ideas?
