Double billing

I have been billed twice for a subscription to star trek online..cryptic studios...I opened a dispute with the resolution center but the charges were deemed accurate. They are authorized for a repeat charge...but only once a month...not twice in one day....20 minutes apart. How can I correct this. I have contacted cryptic via email and a support ticket...but no reply. I also tried calling them , but was put on "forget" each time I called. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks
