I have found a couple of topics here about this but they don't quite do what I want. I am using the "Saved Buttons" option when creating buttons for my Add to Cart. I am not sure if that is Standard or something else...

Yes, it can be done however, the function you want to do must be very basic. If you don't use the online button creator, you will have greater flexibility. See the tips and examples here.
