I am a member of PayPal, but this is my first time posting here.
Here is my question:
If a person is NOT a member of PayPal, can they still use a credit card to make a payment withOUT becoming a member of PayPal??? If so, how??? (This question was put to me by someone wanting to do just this and after clicking several links on the site, I still am unsure how to answer - it appears to me that you have to first be a member . . .)
Thank you for your help! I appreciate it!
