I've recently made a post on this, and am not sure if it had been posted due to computer problems.
I've recently purchased a prepaid credit card worth $100. I tried to get it on my Paypal account but whenever I view my account it sais I have $0.00. I tried everything possible, and eventually came to the option of "Confirm Credit Card" (or something like that). It told me it was sending a card statement, but I have no idea what this is. If it has anything to do with a bank account it is unable to do for me.
Please help me with this, it is making me mad that I am not able to spend my money due to this.
