I am selling my music CDs through my website and have added 4 paypal "Add to Cart' buttons. I am charging 3.00 shipping but I don't want to charge 3.00 shipping for each CD purchased. (6.00 would be too much to pay for 2 CDs) How do I configure the buttons so that people can buy, say, 3 CDs for 3.00 shipping charge?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Assuming you have a US PayPal Account, you can setup your Account Profile Shipping Method based on Item Quantity. This guide explains how you can do this:
Website Payments Standard Integration Guide
The guide can be found here.
Another option would be to use a custom mini-cart type application where as the shipping charges are calculated on your web page or site first, then the end results are uploaded to PayPal using the "upload" method. You can get some tips and see examples that use this method here.
