How do I downgrade from a premier account to just a personal account. I have not used paypal in a while and I am trying to use a US Bank Reliacard on my paypal. Please help.

That said, PayPal Customer Service can help you change your account type.
To find the contact information for your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Contact Us link.
- Click the Service Center link in the Help by Phone section.

Assuming you are referring to your PayPal Account Profile, this is where all your account settings and preferences are stored.
Login to your Account.
Click on the Profile link.
There you are.

Downgrade PayPal Account
You will not be able to downgrade your account yourself. You will have two options to get this actioned.
1. Call Customer Service and request that they downgrade the account for you.

2. Contact Customer Service via the secure webform from within your account and request via email that the account be downgraded.
These are the only ways to get your account downgraded, as you have to be confirmed as the account holder before an action such as this can be taken on your account.

I called the CS number provided by skier and she told me that I was allowed to SWITCH back to a Premier account only ONE TIME. If I change back to my personal account now and then switch back to a Premier account later I WILL NOT be able to switch back to a Personal account ever again. Hope this helps someone!
