CanI transfer my paypal funds to my credit card?

I want to be able to spend the money where ever. Is this possible?

Some international PayPal members can transfer their PayPal balance to their credit card.

US PayPal members cannot... US PayPal members can withdraw to their linked bank account or request a paper check to be mailed. There is a $1.50 processing fee for the paper check withdrawal.

If you get a PayPal debit card, you can use it to send PayPal balance funded payments.

Yes, you can request ho have funds transferred to your bank account. It takes a little time for it to go through though.
