Can't get correct phone number on invoice

I can't seem to get my cell phone number on my invoices.  It does not show up on the drop down menu.  I've gone into my profile and changed it to my primary number, which it confirms it has done, but it still doesn't show.  It does not allow me to delete the other number on file either.

Assuming you have a Business Account.

Login

Click on the Profile link

Under Account Information

Click on Business Information

Click on Edit

Change the Customer Service Phone number

Click on Save

 

Logout of your Account, delete your web browsers's cookies, then close the web browser, reopen it and log back into your PayPal Account, try the Invoice Tool again.
