Can I transfer funds from AlertPay to PP?

I've had a lot of trouble with Alertpay, the current problem is a $500  bank transfer I have trapped there. I'm looking to remove it without getting crucified with fees.

Unfortunately there are no built in features or options to do what you have in mind.
