Best way to reconcile withdrawls from Pay Pal and my bank Account

The totals I transfer to the Bank do not match up with what Pay Pal is sending over. I'm just wondering if there is routine I can follow to match up these totals. I use Quickbooks POS and Quickbooks Pro for my business.

Today I was looking at my paypal statements.  I realized the money I transferred to my bank account didn't transfer after talking to bank.  My bank is claiming my name didn't match and they sent funds back to paypal.  Paypal says no such payment.  So what do I do from here.  It looks like we are in the same boat.
