OR ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT ON YOUR OWN POLICIES - MAL-PRACTICE AND UN-ETHICAL
Please look up are lawsuit on yahoo or google just type "paypal lawsuit" you'll find it if your having these issues

About the shipping fee. No deterrent for crook e-bay seller. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The only person that ends up paying is the Buyer. Paypal policy bah,bah,bah... E-bay owns paypal... Might as well be buying stolen items from the flea market, at least you get to look at them...

Whoever came up with that "customer is always right" was full of **** I suggest you continue with your flea markets buying since you are so happy with it.
