How do I cancel these that I set up in a panic so I could bid on an eBay item last week? I kept getting an error when I tried to bid and found that my PayPal account was not in order. Now I just want it so I don't have any PayPal balance and if I want to bid I can. It seems when I won the auction and paid with PayPal, the payment balance went to my Discover Card which is what I chose to use when conducting a PayPal transaction. BTW I won the auction for a sweet guitar. Thanks.
