Account Interest

Why is the interst on  my account so LOW? I used to get 15 times the amount per month. Does anybody know whats happened with Paypal?

Apparently they abandoned the idea of people keeping large balances in PayPal.

They used to advertise that they where the highest paying Money Market around. (paying like 4.5%).

I understand markets fluctuate, but there are still MM accounts paying 2% today. The fact that PayPal pays only .07% means they gave up. I gave up holding any balances as well.

Where do I find the current interest rate for the money market account? I've been searching all over PayPal but none of the obvious search terms show any results.

You can find the information by clicking the Money Market fund at the bottom of any PayPal account page.
