been getting the same message all day trying to complete a transaction.
Paypal's response was to clear my cookies, but that didn't work as that wasn't the problem.
Has anyone figured out a way to get around these errors? They're driving me nuts. I'm getting no where trying to avoid them and Paypal is offering no assistance whatsoever.
Everytime I try to enter the tracking number of orders, this error comes up. Getting NO help from the so-called we-value-your-business "customer service."
I also get the same error every time I click the "call us" link.
