i agree. its garbage! im a new perfect seller (23) . save this crap for people with negitive feedback. wait 21 days or hope that someones not too lazy to leave feedback. BS i say!

I posted a message to PayPal asking why my account has the 21 day hold. I have hundred of positives, and a 100% rating. I do not have any complaints.
What's PayPal's response? The silence is deafening!!
I will be looking at my options, as PayPal has made a decision that is contrary to it's users.

I find this new policy very diusturbing. I have been a member in good standing for over 5 years with perfect feedback and over 700 positives. I always get orders out quickly. I need the funds that come in from my sales to pay the postage to ship my orders. This policy is only going to hinder my ability to get orders out the door. I am sure I'm not the only one facing this problem. As a result of this I am concerned that my sales will suffer and I will lose customers. I can only hope that enough members feel as I do and let thier feelings be known to Paypal and maybe they will reconsider this policy, though I doubt they will. It seems that more and more, Ebay and Paypal are only seeking to increase thier earnings at the expense of thier members.
