I have a Visa Giftcard linked with my Paypal account. I was about to buy something, but I closed out and decided not to. Twice. Now I see I have 2 pending $1 activities on my card activity thing when I check. They are not complete but pending. How do I stop it and get my $2 back. No hard feelings Paypal. I love you.
