pending paypal money

I have have money pending from ebay buyers and all have received there items and gave positive feedback so why hasn't my money been released, also I don't always have the spare cash the post large items and reley on the buyers p&P am I supposed to tell my buyer sorry you will have to wait 21 days before I can post your item when your money clears!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surely this will just result in a buyer cancelling there transaction when then they can get it from someone else faster

When i had the 21 day hold as a new seller i just listed small/cheapish items till I got to the 100 sales that meant my hold was released.

However if you want to send large items, if you use paypal postage the funds for postage will be released for you as soon as you have made the payment.

If you don't send for 21 days then the buyers will file for non receipt of item as that is the only way to get their money back and you will get a longer hold or a ban for not sending goods.... so not a good idea.

Normally once feedback has been left funds are released within 48 hours BUT if its passed that time then go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > email the transaction i.d. to customer services and tell them you have met the criteria for release of funds and they should do it for you.
