Paypal and Ebay are not listening to complaints with there changes to there service, which puts sellers recieved payments on hold, it is pointless to write reviews further on this just personally i would just use the words 'BOUYCOUT YOUR SERVICES REF PAYMENTS HOLDS' it is the only way such fooling around with peoples money can be stopped, if you are sick of compTDO anys playing judge. YOU NEED TO DO THIS SO THEY CHANGE THERE THINKING.
