Temporary Hold Urgent!!

Hello, a buyer open a dispute via ebay for an item. Later he closed the dispute on ebay but my money on paypal are still on hold

this is the message I have on my paypal

PayPal has placed a temporary hold while we're reviewing it. We'll contact you shortly with further information

Please advise!!

When did the buyer close the dispute and why?

How long have u been waithing for them to release the hold?

thanks for the reply. He finally close the dispute on ebay because he received the item. before some days.. but the money are still on hold on paypal. although there isn't any open dispute on resolution centers (either paypal or ebay)

on ebay the request from buyer is mark as "closed"

How long ago?

If it was more than 24 hrs then call ppal direct, dont select any options hold on until u speak to someone and ask them if they can release the hold now as buyer has received the item
