Releasing funds on hold due to Parcelforce error

Hi

 

I have recently sold an item on e-bay and this item was delivered on the 24th November. It was sent using Parcelforce, but because of a fault on their system whilst the signature of the person who received the parcel is displayed, the parcel status is shown as despatched (rather than delivered), and they are unable to change the status. They have provided me with proof of delivery and I rang Paypal yesterday to ask what to do next.

 

I was told to send this proof to "service at paypal.com" and I have just done so, only to recieve an auto reply directing me to this forum. I'm not sure why I would be given an email address that doesnt work, but can anybody help me out? Where can I send proof of delivery to, so that Paypal will release my funds?
