Money still pending after positive feedback

I got positive feedback from my buyer but paypal is still holding the money after about 4 days? any reason for this?

Well paypal aren't holding it, ebay is if its an ebay transaction.

They are 2 separate companies now and ebay authorises paypal when they can release the funds.

But feedback has not counted for release of funds for years.
