On last saturday I sold an item on eBay. Money of course wen on hold so I send the item with special next day delivery. The estimated funds available been set for 1st of December 2016 but they are still on hold. Also, the item has been delivered on tuesday midday, buyer left me a positive feedback but my money are still on hold. When I contacted them by phone I've been told that the item hasn't arrived yet and I will get my money on 17th of December. The point is I've got the proof of delivery from Royal Mail as they have some problem on tracking system service before christmas and I'd like to sent it to PayPal. Any one knows where I can sent it and what to do to get my money now ? Also, my eBay seller dashboard is above standard , 100% positive feedbacks, I sold couple things i last 90 days and only this one payment went on hold. Any one to help me ?
