Any idea of when I can get my money?

Hi!

I sold an item through eBay for the first time (I don't have a business account) and I saw thathe payment was received but on hold because I didn't send the item by then. I sent it 1-2 weeks ago, put the tracking info on eBay and the item was recieved next day (Special Delivery). I didn't put the tracking info on PayPal until the 21st November (1st time selling, no idea of what to do lol). 

I understand the 21 days wait, but the item was sent a while ago and I have my PayPal account fully verified and everything in order. 

PayPal says that my funds will be available the 9th December, which I think it's quite late as everything is perfectly fine... Is there anyway in getting the money sooner? I have my account verified, tracking info added from 3 days ago and 1 week ago on eBay and item sent and received. I don't know what else I can do!

Ebay and paypal are 2 different companies and both have different policies regarding holds for ebay or private transactions via paypal. Ebay authorise paypal when they can release the funds.

So this is an ebay hold so you need to ask ebay, have you added the tracking number to your ebay transaction in your my ebay AND marked the item as despatched?

Hi,

Yes I did mark it as posted (the 15th November) and I added the tracking number.

I also checked my rating and is above average, so more points for me... 

Any ideas?

@DanMards Did you read the link I posted on release times? Did you also read my info on contacting ebay as it's an eBay dispute? If you had read the link you would see that you have not reached the time of funds release yet.
