hi im going to buy a spa voucher for over facebook once paid I get the code and pin - if this isnt a leggit slae will i be able to get my money back?....
PayPal does now cover digital goods so you should be able to open a claim if the voucher does not work. You can only open claims on tickets/vouchers if you don't receive a service, so you wouldn't be able to open a claim if you went to the spa day and it wasn't as expected/described.
