un-received payment

i was told by paypal that my payment should be received by 5-7 hours, it has been 8-9 hours now and i have not received ???

Why would paypal tell you that? Most paypal payments are instant.

i dont know, i have the email as proof, my products are gone and i aint received my payment

the customer payment to paypal went in straight away but pay pal saying to me it takes 5-7hours for my pending payment to be received once i send them confirmation of my tracking number and or receipt which i have done..

Oh dear, think you have been scammed, read this >>

THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to send the item as a gift to a relative somewhere often Nigeria.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.
