taking card payments with card reader

I have taken a few payments with the reader. Now i need to take a payment on an Amex card without cardholder present. Card number Ok, expiry date Ok

BUT then prompt for CSC number and seems like you can only enter 3 digits whereas Amex have a 4 digit CSC - any ideas ?
