"This site can't be reached" error every time I log out

Do other people get this error every time they log out of paypal? I can't swear it's completely the same every time; this is the first time I've given it more thought. Error message:
This site can’t be reached
www.mppnodeweb51106.qa.paypal.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy, firewall and DNS configuration
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Been getting that for some weeks. More likely when logging out from the "we sent your invoice" page, not always from the "summary". I am using Google Chrome Version 61.0.3159.5 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) for Mac, and no settings have been changed recently. I sent PayPal a "contact us" form telling them about it, and just got the auto "Have you tried..." response.
Errors can sometimes be caused by an adblocker - I've had pages with no ads (not PayPal) where the [Continue} button for making a payment hasn't loaded, without disabling the adblocking for the page.
