Hi, hoping someone can give guideance, how do i stop paypal authorising a pre approved payment. I'll explain, i set up an account on a dating sites a number of yeras ago they still take payment each year on pre approved. I never use the site now and can't find my old log in username or email address to access it. can i set up paypal to not pay this site anymore pre approved payments. thanks chris
Why not contact the dating site and cancel your subscription, if they are in the UK then by law they should do that.
If they don't you have the option of the small claims court to recoup any funds taken after you informed them that you want to cancel.
Failing that you can give paypal customer services a call and they should be able to help you regain access to your old paypal account or they may close the account for you.
