please anyone help me can't open my account

when i open my account it keeps say to me We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it. 
and i don't know what should i do

can't find what i need in it and it still says to me sorry we can't log you in when i contacted them they said that happened because i traveled abroad and opened it and told me i need to contact them from the account and i already can't open it so what should i do @kernowlass

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

So you may have to now open one in the country you are now in.

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
