Your withdrawal is held for review. This is a common occurance, so there's no worries here. The maximum time period for withdrawals is 72 hours, so please allow this time period to pass for the funds to be cleared to your bank account.
Once you've established a history of withdrawls to that bank account with PayPal, the holds will become less common. You can also find the exact time frame in the withdrawal confirmation email - it will state either 24 hours; 48 hours or 72 hours.
