you may have set up one inadvertently if you took a free trial or the like. What you need to do is go into your account and payment to tab, pre approved payments. There you will find a list of companies you have granted billing agreements, as they are called. Any that are enabled are live and if you want to cancel it you have to click on it to disable. It is surprising how many sites, such as Zazzle, just keep your details and give themselves a billing agreement. It is always in the small print of t and c but who reads them. You then need to tell the company you have cancelled it.
