cannot transfer money from paypal to my mastercard , only my visacard appreard

Dears, always when i choose transfer my money ,the visa card is only appeard and i need to transfer it to my other Mastercard !!!!!

Note : i'm from egypt

You can ONLY withdraw to a VISA card in your country.
