I cant add my bank account and my card so please can you fix this issue..I got the 4 digit code but when I returned to my paypal account my bank was removed..now I cant add my card too..please I need a response from you im waiting for along time

Try contacting customer services.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
