No one here can check that transaction id as this is not customer services.
If the payment has ''completed'' then it means that the incorrect number you entered probably does belong to another persons bank account.
Paypal may not be able to do anything for you as they can't help themselves to funds in another persons bank account.
But call them first and then contact your bank and if it has gone to someone else they ''may'' contact that person and ask if they will return it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for the response.
I reviewed the form that I fill up in my account and as I read the information at the top that says
"To avoid withdrawal failures and return fees, the name on your PayPal account must match the name on your bank account. If the names don’t match, you might be able to change the name on your PayPal account."
So if the account really exist then I don't think that the name of the Bank Account will match the name on my Paypal account then I probably think that the money I transfer will just fall off and return to my paypal balance right? I already emailed the support team and they answered right away, and already give me an advice, they said "Since you said that this bank account don’t exist anymore. You have nothing to worry about" so for now, I am relying on this "paypal account's name" and "bank account's name" that will not coincide. But am still worried. This lack of understanding brings me to this mess. So I hope that this will not happen to anyone.
