What does mean "withdraw by check"?

My problem is my bank can not receive the money I sent from my paypal.

I tried to withdraw funds to my bank.

But in my bank side can not receive the money.

What kind of step does need to withdraw funds to the local bank account?

Must I check my paypal by "withdraw by check"?

Please help me.

You need a linked and verified bank account to withdraw funds from your paypal account  balance.

You need to find out why your bank can't receive your withdrawals if your account is verified.

I believe occasionally paypal will let you have a withdrawal as a cheque but not on a regular basis and not sure you can do it in the UK.
