I've been asked for details including comfirming information.  When I try and fill out the form online it asks for building number then street number...are these the same thing?  I'm tried putting my street number in both but it doesnt work, I've tried to leave one blank it doesn't work.

Try just putting a ''space'' in the street number that has been known to work.
