it has deducted from my paypal and showing pending status but has not reached my other account!!! I need the money asap!! What is going on? I sent it to my Netspend account that has routing and account number and did not receive an error.

Im confused as to why we have the option to "PAY" for the 30 min instant service, yet it has been well over 6 hours

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
