hello. I sold an item on eBay, I sent Recorded, the item was delivered & signed for & the buyer left feedback.
The buyer has now put in a PayPal claim saying she knows nothing about the purchase, PayPal has put a hold on the funds saying their "reviewing the case". What I don't understand is, it's obvious the buyer is lying, why is it taking PayPal so long to close this scam????
If they have filed an unauthorised dispute then what that means is that the account holders paypal account has been hijacked and used without their consent by someone (your buyer) > if that is the case then the account holder understandably gets their money back BUT as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection would be reimbursed by paypal.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
